PDB is anchored by a dedicated team of construction and building design experts at our office in Kernersville, NC. We understand that certain projects require specific skills and knowledge, which is why we tap into our vast network of subcontractors, core partners, and support staff to bring in the necessary expertise. Our flexible approach to staffing allows us to execute construction projects across a large geographic area, predominantly in the southeastern region of the United States.
Our construction contractors in the Kernersville area have established long-standing relationships with strategic collaborators throughout the Southeast, and our management and site/project managers work closely with them to assess their experience and qualification for each job. Our contingent hiring model has been proven to be successful, providing our customers with a stable workforce, continuity, and cost-effectiveness regardless of the project’s location. Our business model also allows us to maintain low overhead costs, enabling us to offer competitive fees to our clients. As a design-build firm, we prioritize the “team concept” and work closely with our contractors and subcontractors from conceptual design to the completion of construction drawings and specifications. We have in-house architects and designers who can create initial drawings, which can then be refined by one of our partners. Ultimately, PDB provides fully integrated design-build and construction solutions.
